SUMMARY:All Us Humans • Live DJ Breathwork & Dance Party
DESCRIPTION:Full conscious connected breathwork session with the amazing DJ Cookie on the decks. This is bringing music\, breathwork and dance into a space so we can connect and feel the freedom and euphoria of being in connection with ourselves and with each other. \nConscious connected breathwork is a dynamic full bodied breathing practice. The practice allows us to access our body\, our feelings\, our memories\, our higher self for integration\, self development and inner work. It is also a powerful way to build a conscious community\, coming together to heal collectively and build strength in our vulnerability. \nThis session is 2 hours and consists of an introduction to breathwork\, followed by a 50 minute dynamic breathe to live music curated by DJ Cookie. We will increase vibrations and energy with a 45 minute tribal house ecstatic dance\, and finally leading back down into a relaxed state for group integration. \n
