Each studio will compare performance results\, which individuals will be able to be a part of at their local studio.   \nWorkout schedule- \nStage 1 (Cardio) – Monday – A classic F45 HIIT session with a twist\, prepare to challenge your fitness and get a head start on that leaderboard. \nStage 2 (Resistance) – Tuesday – This is all about testing raw strength. Load up your weight and work with your partner to achieve your maximum lifting score. \nStage 3 (Cardio)- Wednesday – How far can you go in a knock-out trial? Hang on as long as possible and attempt to work your way through 12 bodyweight stations. \nStage 4 (Full-Body Resistance) – Thursday – In this resistance trial\, volume is the test. Lift heavy for a longer work set. How many reps can you do before feeling the burn? Push through the muscle fatigue and calculate your max reps. \nStage 5 (Hybrid) – Friday – Testing your mental strength\, how many reps can you do in 45 minutes?
