Be guided through ancient and modern practices\, including\, movement\, breath\, sound\, conversation and stillness to clear what’s in the way of your living in joy. \nThe central London sacred site of One Marylebone\, a former church and resplendent neo-classical building will be home to these uplifting\, deep dive experiences. Our experts will lead consciously created sessions to offer a nurturing space for personal growth\, self-reflection\, and the cultivation of more joy. \n• 5.30pm doors open- refreshments + music\n• 6.30pm opening cacao cereomy\, meditation + breathwork with Sama Trinder.\n• 7.15-8.45pm movement\, meditation + euphoric dance with Dirish Shaktidas.\n• 8.45-9.30pm closing ceremony\, community mantra + singing with Ahisha Dasi. \nDiscover new practices\, modalities\, and a way of being to reconnect yourself\, uncover your true desires and rediscover limitless joy despite life’s challenges. \n
