DESCRIPTION:LoveFit is a three-day adventure of fitness\, wellbeing\, and magical forest parties just outside of London. Lose yourself in the night\, find your balance in the day. \nLoveFit aims to mix the elation festivals evoke with the euphoria of a workout. Fitness is often seen as an end goal\, but we believe life is about the journey — through finding workouts that are more likened to sports and adventure. The people at the forefront of the industry are so creative — performers and athletes — surfers\, dancers\, free runners\, mountain-climbers\, all focussed on reframing the way we view fitness & wellbeing. LoveFit is an escape from monotony\, a taste of freedom\, a place for people to explore new ways of living and moving. \nThe studio line-up includes KOBOX\, Gymbox\, Another Space\, Broga and F45. Yogi Bare is the stretch and mobility zone. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible\, strong\, and healthy\, take time out of the nonstop classes to remobilise! Beyonk will be hosting some micro-adventures from mindful hikes\, mini-trek\, woodland foraging. Release your competitive side for a day of mad sports and complete carnage. Hosted by a wild bunch of sports enthusiasts\, this is the sports day you wish you’d had growing up. \nHidden amongst the forest trees\, relax in a bubbling wood-fired hot tub whilst sipping a SOAK cocktail. Experience tranquillity in the day before the area transcends into live DJ’s in the evening. Next to the sanctuary is the treatment zone. Opt in for a holistic treatment from body massages\, reflexology\, facials\, eco manicures\, and sports massages. \nThe Den is entirely devoted to the mind. Join a rapt audience of fellow health & fitness lovers for talks and debates hosted by leading experts in health\, fitness &\, nutrition. Pick up some of your favourite fitness accessories from yoga equipment to athleisure at The Market. \nTickets include full entry for the weekend and standard camping (bring your own tent!) \n
