In their mission to redefine fitness\, MOVE – who recently opened a movement studio above Market Hall Fulham\, will now be taking its disruptive and forward-thinking exercise classes to the roof of Market Hall Victoria.  \nFor a limited time only\, head upstairs at the Victoria location to get your sweat (or stretch) on as the sun rises over the capital. Crawl\, jump and twist in the Primal Fit class with MOVE founder\, Christian Lewis-Pratt; awaken the soul at early morning Breathwork with the legendary Richie Bostock; and salute the rising sun with Lululemon ambassador Kim Hartwell.  \nClasses will run twice daily from Monday to Friday and once on Saturday – an invigorating start to the working day or the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a post-workout brunch downstairs.  \nIf you’ve ever wondered what Victoria station looks like upside down in a headstand\, or dreamt of sunrise yoga overlooking an awakening city\, then get yourself to Victoria from 12-24 August for a movement experience like no other.  \nWith their partners YogiBare providing the mats and Vivo Life providing the fuel\, the roof is being raised and so is the bar of modern day fitness. \n
