SUMMARY:Self Amore Virtual Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Powerful Grace Club\, the spiritual home of Self Amore is a Stockholm based wellness platform and feminist movement\, founded by women\, for women and offering the most complete self-care routine available anywhere. The movement believes that women should not seek permission to take care of themselves\, because self-care can not only improve your life\, but in turn the lives of those\naround you. \nThis October\, the Powerful Grace Club is partnering with breast cancer charity Hello Beautiful\, which provides non-toxic treatments\, cancer prevention practice\, support and community for women\, either to complement their traditional cancer treatment or as a preventative lifestyle measure\, to host The Self Amore Virtual Selfcare Retreat. \nThe Retreat\, on Sunday 24th October at 9.30am\, will combine different aspects of wellness; Body Movement\, Holistic Beauty and Female Empowerment. There will be a: \n\nBarre Class\nSelf-Care and Manifestation Motivational Talk with Roxie Nafousi\nHolistic Facial Self-Care with Wait Botanicamente (Italian beauty brand)\n\nPowerful Grace Clubs makes Self Amore as easy as possible due to its library of live and on demand videos\, classes\, workshops and talks – available from the website or an app. Members came at first (as you would expect) from the Powerful Grace Club’s homeland of Sweden\, but it now boasts participants all over the world\, all of which are encouraged to not only accept\, but to celebrate their uniqueness\, imperfections… and their power. Funds raised will provide workshops\, holistic classes\, guidance and non-toxic practice gift packs for newly diagnosed patients. Jane Hutchison founded the charity and runs it with her partner Kevin Helton. Jane was inspired to set up Hello Beautiful after her own cancer diagnosis. Hello Beautiful is colourful\, bold\, stylish\, and fun\, something Jane felt was missing in female cancer support. \n
