SUMMARY:Sustainable Festive Cocktail Masterclass • Uncommon & Sapling Spirit
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThis festive season\, Uncommon\, flexible workspaces with a focus on health and wellbeing\, will be joining forces with British climate positive vodka\, Sapling Spirits\, to introduce a Festive Cocktail Masterclass. The sustainability-focused workshop will take place on the 15th December\, designed to educate consumers on crafting eco-friendly cocktails to recreate at home over the colder months.  \nBorn from the pair’s shared love of the natural world\, the workshop will be led by Sapling Spirit’s co-founder Ivo Devereux with another member of their team\, Hatty Dawson. The evening will begin with an exclusive first taste of Sapling’s London Dry Gin\, which officially launches January\, in the form of a welcome drink – the classic and much loved gin and tonic.  \nThe masterclass will champion classics with a twist\, featuring two cocktails: a Sapling Espresso Martini as well as a Sapling Surprise. Each cocktail is guaranteed to be synonymous with the season’s festivities. Perfectly paired Christmas bites will also be available for guests.  \nThe masterclass will take place at Uncommon’s Liverpool Street location – an open space adorned with green plants and foliage\, which boasts beautifully designed furniture throughout. The session will be the ideal destination for all eco-conscious cocktail lovers\, in an environment that evokes creativity as well as productivity – the ultimate inner-city escape. What’s more\, guests will be given the exclusive opportunity to enjoy their cocktails on Uncommon’s roof terrace\, whilst overlooking fantastic views of London’s skyline.  \nThe masterclass aims to engage consumers on better ways of drinking to reduce waste and continue to make a positive impact on our environment. For each ticket sale\, Sapling pledge to plant a tree. Their planting projects take place all over the UK\, helping to increase biodiversity in line with Uncommon’s ethos of promoting a healthier way of working. \nEach cocktail connoisseur who attends the workshop will be given a festive gift including a mini bottle of Sapling Vodka\, some seeds to plant at home and a little something from Uncommon\, helping to ease guests through the rest of the Christmas into the new year.  \n\n\n\n\n
