DESCRIPTION:It’s time to prepare for a challenge like you’ve never known before! United Fitness Brands is excited to announce the Ultimate Urban Tri Sunday\, September 19th 2021 consisting of: \n1 Barrecore Class at Barrecore Islington\, followed by 1 Boom Cycle Ride at Boom Cycle Monument\, followed by 1 KOBOX Class at KOBOX Waterloo  – ALL IN ONE DAY!  \nGet ready to test those limits with 3 of your favourite Boutique Brands in one Tour de Force around London! Participants will begin at Barrecore Islington arriving around 8am for an 08:15 start finishing 09:05 (class 50 minutes). Next\, participants will make their own way to Boom Cycle Monument (25 minute bus ride BUS 43 or 20 minute tube ride NORTHERN LINE) arriving around 09:45 for a 10:00 start\, finishing at 10:45 (class 45 minutes). Finally\, participants will make their own way to KOBOX Waterloo (21-24 minute tube ride) arriving for 11:20 for an 11:45 start finishing at 12:35 class 50 minutes). \nWhat to bring: \n\n1-2 extra tops to change for travel between studio locations\nA water bottle – there will be places to fill water at each location and if you forget\, each location sells water.\nBoxing wraps if you have them. If you don’t have them\, don’t worry\, boxing wraps are sold at KOBOX at £5 (Pro Wraps) or £10 (gel wraps – recommend for those new to boxing).\nGrippy socks for Barrecore. Normal socks will also be fine\, but grippy socks will provide a better experience. If you don’t have them\, grippy socks are sold at Barrecore at £12.00.\n\n
